The Rampage return to OKC as they close out their 3 game road trip.  In their first meeting, the Rampage and Al Montoya shut down the high powered Barons offense with a 4-1 victory on Oct. 22nd in OKC. The Rampage got goals from Stapleton (2), Picard and Matt Pope and Montoya saved all but one of the 26 shots he faced.

The Rampage split a 2 game weekend series in Abbotsford winning 5-1 on Friday and then losing 4-1 on Saturday evening. I apologize for the lack of coverage and or analysis on the road games. There is only so much info to be gathered from a radio broadcast. The boxscores can be found here and here.

The Barons are coming off a crazy 7-6 shootout victory over the Toronto Marlies. The game saw the Barons trail by as many as 2 goals late in the 3rd, but hero Linus Omark would notch his 5th! goal of the game to tie it in the final minute. The Barons would go on to win the shootout gaining the extra point.

The Rampage will need to bring their "A" game on defense tonight as the Barons can flat out score. They do struggle defensively however and the Rampage should be able to take advantage. Let's hope for another effort like we saw Friday night and not the efforts we saw last Wednesday or Saturday.

The Rampage return home for 3 home games in 4 days starting with back to back contests vs Rockford Thursday and Friday and a visit from the hated Chicago Wolves on Sunday. All Active Duty and Retired military can get any seat in the house for 5 bucks on Thursday. Friday is dollar drink night and Sunday is another Sunday Family Funday. Let's pack the AT&T Center and get loud and crazy.

See you at the rink and LET'S GO RAMPAGE!!!!
