The Rampage got some much needed assistance from the NHL All Star break for tonight's game vs Chicago at the ATT Center. Forwards Mikkel Boedker and Andrew Ebbett along with rookie defenseman Chris Summers were all returned to San Antonio. I don't know how long they will stay, but I will certainly enjoy them. Even if it is for just one game.

The Rampage enter tonight's contest vs the Wolves on a 4 game point streak. This comes following a 5 game losing streak. They have managed to climb back into 2nd place, trailing only Peoria, but just a mere 3 points ahead of Chicago who sits in 7th. The West standings continue to be tight and every single point matters. A regulation win tonight would be huge going into the all star break.

Tonight is "Pink in the Rink" Night at the ATT Center. The ice is dyed pink, the boys will wear special pink jerseys, and I imagine a good deal of the equipment will have a "pinkish hue". After the game, all the jerseys will be auctioned off, with all proceeds going to the Suzan Komen Foundation of San Antonio. A huge crowd is expected, with nearly 12,000 tickets already sold. The first 2500 will receive a pink Taco Cabana hat. The first 5,000 will receive pink "bangers" or, as everyone else in the free world calls them, thundersticks.

Come loud, come proud, and let's cheer on our "A-Team" to a big win tonight. Until then, see you at the rink and LET'S GO RAMPAGE!!
