  The Rampage, coming off consecutive road wins over Milwaukee and Rockford, are back in the great state of Texas tonight as they take on the evil Stars in Cedar Park. The Rampage are finally starting to get healthy as Alex Picard, Mathieu Beaudoin, and Viktor Tikhonov all made their returns to the lineup over the weekend. Garrett Stafford remains day to day with an upper body injury. The Rampage have only won 2 of 6 contests on the season vs the Stars, but  they are coming off a convincing 5-1 win the last time they faced off on January 7th.

  The West Division standings are a giant mess, with just 4 points separating 1st and 7th place. Just in the last 3 days, Houston went from 5th to 1st and back to 4th. All points are very important at this stage and with the 9 game roadie coming up, the Rampage need to finish up these last 3 games in Texas strong.

  It will be interesting to see who coach Edwards starts between the pipes tonight. Climie has started all but one of the games vs the Stars this season, going 2-3 with a 2.56 GAA*, but has struggled lately. Meanwhile, Al Montoya has really played well the last 2 games, including a relief effort against Milwaukee last Friday night picking up the win.
