The Rampage face off against the Rivermen for the first of two consecutive games tonight at the ATT Center. The Rampage are barely treading water in the West Division playoff picture and are going to need all 4 points this weekend. The season series is deadlocked at three games apiece and these two same teams split a back to back last weekend in Peoria. That Peoria squad wasn't quite at full strength, however, with leading scorer TJ Hensick in St. Louis on recall and top defenseman Nathan Oystrick serving his 6 game suspension. The two high scoring players will return tonight making Peoria a very dangerous opponent.

Conversely, the Rampage received a little bit of help from the Coyotes as phenom defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson was assigned to the Rampage. He is expected to arrive today and suit up tonight. OEL played with the Rampage for 10 games earlier in the season and managed to put up 2 goals and 6 assists in that short stint. His addition should really help the Rampage during this final week.

On the flip side, Jonas Ahnelov and Max Goncharov have been ruled out for this weekend and, frankly, the outlook isn't good for either to return any time this season. Also, Ryan Weston was injured on the road trip and will be out of action tonight.

Tonight is Dollar Drink (read beer) Night, so pack up the hoopties and head down to the ATT Center. The boys need our support now more than ever. Let's show them how much we appreciate their hard work, no matter what happens this week.

See you at the rink and, LETS GO RAMPAGE!!
