After a much deserved week off, the Rampage are back in action tonight in Cedar Park against the rival Stars. Mark Cullen returned to action last weekend against Houston and Michal Repik skated all week and should be ready to go tonight, marking the first time in several weeks that the Rampage will have everyone healthy and at full strength.

Still no word on the goalie rotation for the weekend. Both goalies are playing great hockey, which is a good problem to have. I'll just go ahead and throw out a guess that Markstrom goes tonight and Sunday and DGM gets the game tomorrow night in Austin.

According to his twitter (@djmarsh22), Rampage forward David Marshall had surgery yesterday to take care of an infection on his elbow brought on by a spider bite. I've always heard the phrase "Don't Mess With Texas", but I wasn't aware that applied to critters as well. Marshall is hoping to miss "only" two-three weeks. Here's to a speedy recovery. His heart and hustle with be sorely missed.

The Rampage released their "Clear-Day Roster" on Tuesday along with the rest of the league. For those that may not be aware, only players listed on the Clear-Day Roster are eligible to play for the rest of the season and playoffs. The only exception are players signed to PTO's or amateur players signed once their respective Junior or Collegiate season has ended. There were no real big surprises for the Rampage, other than newcomer Justin Vaive replacing Ondrej Roman. Roman is listed as an "in-residence" player, however, meaning he can suit up in case of call up or injury.

The Rampage will play just 5 of their remaining 16 games on the road after this weekend. Let's get ready for an exciting stretch run and hopefully a nice deep run into the playoffs. If you are traveling to Cedar Park tonight, be extra careful. It's getting sketchy out there. Make your presence felt, just like last time and LETS GO RAMPAGE!
