The Rampage had a beautiful opportunity to make up some ground in the playoff chase Sunday vs. OKC. They failed. Tonight, they will try again as they host the Barons for a mid-week tilt in the ATT Center.

The Rampage are running out of time on this season, and the way this week started, with a loss on Sunday, followed by the news we are all too familiar with at this point, it might end sooner rather than later. They MUST have 2 points tonight. Anything less and we are getting really close to April tee times.

News & Notes:
- Kris Versteeg went down with a lower body injury...again...last night and is out indefinitely. The Panthers play tomorrow in Boston (good luck with that) so I would expect a call up either later tonight or tomorrow morning. If Rheault or Howden are a healthy scratch tonight, there's your callup.

- Alex Petrovic went through the morning skate today and is expected to go tonight for the first time in over a month. His return will be a huge boost to the blue line.

- No word from the organization on any possible discipline for Scott Timmins. Weber stated they will handle it internally. He could miss the game tonight, he could play. No one is talking and I'm not asking.

I will be in the pressbox, once again, for tonight's game so please follow along on twitter at @RampageNate.

See you all at the rink!
